is my fish pregnant? or just fat?

i recently got some fish in a filtered tank (:

we baught 2 sunburst fish and 3 other kind of fish.

i dont remember what they r called but they r white and kinda

look like angle fish. but anyway, the first night we got them i fed them.

one sunburst fish got really really fat. but none of the other fish did. i

dont know wether is a boy or girl. and its belly now kinda looks like a balloon. a small balloon, but a balloon. and sometimes it hangs out behind the fake plant. what do u think?

I assume you are talking about sunburst platys and possibly mollies? Anyway, platys and mollies get pregnant all the time!

Also, a good way to figure out their sex...

look at their bottom fin. If it fans out, she's a lady fish. If it's pointy, he's a gentlemen. (This only goes for the platys and mollies, if that's what they are.)

3 females to every male is ideal, in my opinion. Males drive the ladies CRAZY!
